Dan Voelker photoDaniel J. Voelker is a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group of Freeborn & Peters in Chicago.

Voelker concentrates his practice exclusively in the areas of complex commercial litigation, and corporate and business consulting. He has appeared before numerous state and federal courts throughout the United States, having handled hundreds of litigation matters involving many substantive areas such as shareholder disputes, construction, contracts, real estate, defamation, unfair competition, trademark infringement, RICO, securities, antitrust, restrictive covenants, tort, products liability, liability of accountants, lawyers and architects, insurance coverage, medicare/medicaid fraud, False Claims Act, tax and other complex commercial matters. Mr. Voelker is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law where he teaches International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.

Voelker co-authored Black Sox: It ain't so, kid, it just ain’t so with Paul Duffy. The article was published in Chicago Lawyer Magazine and was covered by media outlets throughout the country.
